Long-term care and recovery are two of the biggest issues when it comes to out-of-pocket costs for clients. Many of our clients are Medicare age or will be soon and with that comes the realization that two of Medicare’s biggest gaps are in regards to long-term care, both in-home care and long-term care facilities, as well as short-term recovery and private nursing services
RECOVERY CARE

If you are diagnosed with a specified disease, such as cancer, your major medical or Medicare may cover the cost of seeing a specialist, but it won’t cover the cost of their travel to and from treatment, lodging if you must travel long distances for treatment, or lost wages if you or your spouse is still working. Specified disease policies will payout to help you during the difficult time of diagnosis and treatment of one of these dreadful diseases.
